“民以食为天”,餐饮行业始终在市场经济中扮演重要角色。时至今日,餐饮行业呈现出市场广阔、高频刚需、行业格局更新速度快、标准化程度低的特点。据中国烹饪协会调查显示,中国餐饮市场内,中式正餐仍占据强势主导地位,市场份额最高,占到一半以上;休闲简餐发展迅速,比重已占到16%;西餐、日本料理、韩国料理等国际美食市场需求也越来越大。
Up to now, catering industry has the characteristics of broad market, high frequency just needed, fast updating of industry pattern and low standardization. According to the survey by the Chinese Cooking Association, Chinese dinner still occupies a strong dominant position in the Chinese catering market, with the highest market share, accounting for more than half; meanwhile, leisure meals have developed rapidly, accounting for 16% of the total; and the demand for Western food, Japanese food, Korean food and other international delicacies is also growing.
